Meier Brothers Landscape is a family-oriented, growing landscape maintenance and construction company serving residential and commercial clients across Southern California. Our reputation is built on high-quality work, strong relationships, and a team that takes pride in every project.

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance crews, manage client relationships, and ensure our projects meet the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with crews, mentor team members, and find opportunities to enhance client properties.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews on-site
• Ensure work meets company standards, safety protocols, and client expectations
• Communicate project goals and timelines with crews, lead gardeners, and clients
• Train crew members on techniques, safety, and equipment use
• Oversee materials, tools, and truck readiness for daily operations
• Maintain accurate records of job hours, expenses, and completed tasks
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling enhancements (irrigation, seasonal plantings, lighting, etc.)

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of landscape industry experience with leadership responsibility
• Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation, low-voltage lighting, and maintenance best practices
• Ability to read and follow landscape plans and architectural drawings
• Proficiency in safe pesticide/herbicide application
• Valid California driver's license with a clean record
• Comfortable working in all outdoor conditions
• Ability to tow trailers and operate landscape machinery
