As an Operator, you'll be responsible for running a variety of landscape construction equipment to support irrigation and installation projects. You'll work closely with foremen and field crews to complete grading, trenching, and material handling tasks safely and efficiently. This is a physically active role that plays a crucial part in delivering top-tier landscape builds.

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment, including skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers, and vacuums
• Support irrigation and hardscape crews with trenching, backfilling, and material transport
• Load, unload, and transport equipment (Class A license preferred but not required)
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and safety checks
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment at all times
• Follow the direction from the project leads and work efficiently to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience operating heavy landscape or construction equipment
• Valid California Driver's License required
• Class A commercial license preferred for equipment transport is preferred, but not required (we will help the right candidate to obtain one)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Team-oriented, safety-minded, and dependable
