As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you'll oversee a crew performing landscape upkeep on large commercial and high-end residential properties. You'll be responsible for ensuring quality results, training your team, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a leadership role for someone who's hands-on, organized, and confident in their knowledge of plant health, seasonal care, and landscape maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew responsible for maintaining high-end residential and commercial landscapes
• Identify and treat plant diseases, manage irrigation issues, and implement proper trimming, mowing, and seasonal care
• Communicate clearly with clients, crew members, and management in both English and Spanish
• Oversee daily schedules, safety procedures, and job site quality
• Track hours, materials used, and report updates to the office
• Train and mentor team members according to company standards
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment and ensure job sites are clean, safe, and fully equipped

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with crew leadership preferred
• Knowledge of plant materials, pest control, irrigation systems, and seasonal maintenance practices
• Ability to read and follow site plans or written job scopes
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
